New Car This Weekend Hopefully

I have a new car waiting for me up in Waldon. I am really excited. It is a 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback, 5-speed. It is getting a brand new engine installed in it with a bunch of other things in it. This will be perfect for going up to the mountains and doing other things that involves a car. I should be able to pick it up this weekend but it might not be ready so I am hoping it is.

Places to Go

Everyone has their favorite ski hill. Mine is Mary Jane. My pass allows me to go to Winter Park, Copper, and Steamboat. All for the great price of $325. Since it is early season I have gone to Copper but as soon as Mary Jane open I will head up there almost every weekend. Unless we have a weekend in the Boat planned.

Let It Snow

Today we got lots of new snow here in town. The mountains are getting dumped on and that's great because I am heading up to Copper on Saturday. I am going up with my friend who just got their season pass so hopefully it is a good day. On another note I am getting closer to getting a new car for myself. Soon I hope to own a Subaru for going up to the mountains every weekend.

Thanksgiving break was awful. I had to go to Illinois so I was only able to get one day of skiing in even though I had nine days off. Hopefully over winter break I will be able to go up a lot more to make up for Thanksgiving. This weekend I will use my new skis for the first time. I am really excited to take them out for a ride after sitting next to my bed all summer.

Oh Yeah!

It is now ski season. I hit up Copper Mountain on opening weekend. They only had one run open but it was still a blast. I am going up again this weekend. Now that it is ski season I have something to look forward to every weekend. My life has meaning again.

Snow Is Falling

Snow in the high country is hear to stay. Only a little longer until the slopes open up. I can not wait any longer though. My brother and I are heading down to Wolf Creek next week to get a jump on the season. Jealous? See you when I get back.

This looks super fun. I don't know if I would do it but I want to try something like it. Maybe riding off a cliff with a parachute would be better. That way I could get a better landing. Still waiting on my new skis. I can't wait for the season.
